All quotations are provided after understanding client requirements and site inspection (if required). Prices may vary based on material selection, design changes, and additional work requested beyond the agreed scope.
3. Advance Payment
An advance payment may be required to confirm the project. Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance amount.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to design changes, material availability, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Alfatah Hardware is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
5. Design Changes & Additional Work
Any changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines. All such changes must be approved by the client before execution.
6. Materials
Materials used will be as per the agreed quotation. Natural variations in wood, color, texture, and finish are normal and cannot be considered defects.
7. Warranty & Maintenance
Warranty, if applicable, is limited to workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, water seepage, termites, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
8. Site Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing clear access to the site, electricity, water supply, and necessary permissions during the project duration.
9. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in work stoppage until dues are cleared.
10. Cancellation Policy
In case of project cancellation after work commencement, costs incurred for materials, labor, and design will be deducted from the paid amount. Refunds, if any, will be processed accordingly.
11. Liability
Alfatah Hardware shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising during or after project completion.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and concepts shared remain the intellectual property of Alfatah Hardware unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
